Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 30 days of the ship date received.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you decide to return an item, you may be eligible to receive store credit. You could then use your credit towards getting the correct size or item.

 

 

Damaged Items

Please notify us within 2 days of receiving the item. Attach photos of the item in your email. We may issue you store credit to repurchase the item if desired. We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in the mail.

Once we receive your package, we may grant you with a store credit code in the amount of your item, plus the cost of the shipping return.

Shoe Return Policy

If for whatever reason, you are unsatisfied with your shoes, we will accept returns up to 30 days after the purchase if you meet the following requirements:

  • All items are unworn
  • All Items are in their original packaging
  • You must include the original invoice
